hi guys alot has already been said so ill try not repeat previous posts. I for one rang in the new yr on te corner of 11th and 56th! why.. cause my friends forgot the hard tix in the bronx--already the nite was ruined but i remained hopeful and tried to sweet talk the bouncers and they didnt act like s. My friends Boyfr went to get the tix and we finally got in at 1:30am. He was livid as u can imagine i was just ready to dance.
Once inside i was disapoointed w/ the set up and the VIP room. The vibe was all wrong. I actually had alot of fun in the pink room dancing to some techno when pvd was spinning that slow stuff around 3am. Ne one knew who the closing dj in the pink room was? It wasnt jason jollins im sure.
Well i didnt really get to dance to pvd till about 4:30 am. the dance floor was way too packed and full of "non-dancing" people Thats when i met vlad and whole bunch of you guys (sandstorm,bubbleraver,missbliss,frost and a few others im forgetting)
You guys gave me the vibe i was looking for. finally i had my dance w/ pvd :-) and i was happy.
As for Ikon its haunted it should be burned down, i hate it. My friend saw one of the guys who was stabbed on a strecher, and at 6am they herded us out like livestock. once outside i saw a person handcuffed and vomiting in a bucket--lots of cops. I think they pumped his stomach. Dont even mention the heat and the bathroom issue. Overall being a nye i dont think godskitchen could have prevented any of this Ikon will alwasy be "exit" . O and i hated the cigs those rules flew out the window very early.
im sticking to my no exit rule once again

too much crap. I hear PVD spin a couple cheesy songs too...i loved it when he droped Made Of Sun (Hard Dub). Topless chic dancing was cool. I walked into VIP and this guy invited me to his section. So I was chilling by the speakers all night. Stood on top of it one point in the night. When i wanted to leave though....they wouldnt let me...so i ended up stayin till the night was over. Paul played an awesome song for his finale. Freakin great tune. My ears are still ringing but i loved those dancers on the ropes and stuff....freakin beatiful...and full asses....oh my...I didnt get to meet any of u TA's but i looked for u guys. Couldnt find u. I saw an afro with green glowsticks and tried to follow it...but i kept losing him.

o'bir was amazing. xpander into strangeworld. great combo. also, i thought the party was pretty good. really crowded, and nowhere to move. i stole one of those grab bag things and a free t-shirt. didn't see any of those fights; i only knew they happened as i was leaving early around 4:15. i was literally one of the first asians leaving and they just grabbed me outta nowhere. i was pretty scared less cuz i didn't know what was going on and i had some illegal stuff on me. luckily they didn't search me too hard and it took me about 45 minutes before i was finally able to leave. apparently they were looking specifically for asians in white t-shirts, which was exactly what i was wearing. i was stopped 3 times even after i was allowed to leave. it was pretty ty.
overall i had a lot of fun. heard pvd trainwrecking reallly bad into for an angel. other than that pretty solid djing. one pretty nasty thing was the naked black chick rubbing her boobs all up on my back. guess it wasn't really that bad, but come on, i coulda gotten some diseases... hehe :p good seein drew, alyssa, mike, sal, n a couple other people. i was pretty gone last nite.
