How would Power of Attorney be any better? That just signs decision making authority over to someone else. Presumably you would trust them enough to respect your wishes, but there is certainly no guarantee that they will. They could just as easily pull the same stunt that is happening in Florida. |

| I think its wrong to let her die this way. Her fate is inevitable, they should find other means to end her life (lethal injection, or something similiar) . This is just torture, no way to end a life.. |

they can't legally give her something to kill her. that would be euthenasia and that is not legal. this is the only thing that they can do to let her die.
trust me. she doesn't even know she is hungry or that anything is even happening to her, she doesn't feel pain, that part of the brain is now mush. she is completely gone in the mental department. |
