What would you do if someone asked you to turn down your music on the bus/subway? (pg. 3)

Id laugh at her and put the headphones back on. If she insisted further id point out every single other audible noise in the bus that is as loud or louder than the headphones and then ask her how she expects PUBLIC transit to be ask quiet as PRIVATE automobiles.
Public transit is what it is. A few minor annoyances is the price you pay for not driving yourself. |

1) You need better earphones dude. Only the ghetto kind actually sound really loud for others to hear it. The good kind direct & manage to keep the sound "IN" your ears.
2) Extremely loud music WILL damage your hearing tremendously. Especially earphones since it's placed within your ear and the HIGHS are really what cause the damage.
3) You shouldn't be be so inconsiderate to other passengers. I play my music loud enough that i can't hear the people, bus, train, etc..and yet no one is able to hear it, even if they were sitting beside me.
4) This woman is an idiot. Just like other's have mentioned. If she just asked because it was too loud and bugging her.. I would've been pissed but I would've turned it down. But to have her say her kids and her found MY music annoying? HA. I would've told her politely to fak af!
p.s. what was she? I mean.. what did her kids look like they were into? I bet you i can guess right on my first try. |

if other people are having to ask you to turn it down, it's probably way too loud anyway.
But hey, it's your hearing. |

well if Tom, Dick and Mary are noticing, it's time for the person listening to take a ing hint. |

no, it's time for you to grow up and turn your music down if they're polite about it. |
