My armpit could play better.

At least the African nations have a team to cheer in the second round, even if they are playing Brazil rofl.

if brazil plays like they have been playing, it really wouldn't surprise me if ghana can position themselves to knock them out

Go Ghana!

I just won $200 because you qualified.

Brazil hasn't even stepped into this tournament, and is still through. Something tells me that they will up if they don't play any good against Japan today. Expect a lot of new faces on the field though..

i can assure you that brazil is not going to loose to ghana, given they've not been playing at 100% but brazil and ghana are on completely different levels of play:wtf:

I think Perreira said that Brazil has been playing on 65% or something so far in this tournament. They've got 35% more to show the World that they're wrong about their start.

I'm not gonna argue with Zoric because I think I have s older than you. I kind of get where you coming from with that realization. Plus, a lot of the smug Euro's on here who are just knee high to a grasshopper. You guys were like 6 years old when Roberto Baggio missed the PK against Brazil in 1994. Makes me feel old but then again, I still look this good. :toothless

If anyone has NO reason to talk it's Ben, Italy was the only team to not beat the U.S.

Lunasea, I don't get where it's almost like you take glee from the U.S. losing and you're American? I do think people go overboard with patriotism at times, especially after I've lived outside of the U.S. and see things from a different vantage point. But to kind of root against your home country, I'm a little perplexed.

I won't root against Ghana at all. They are the underdog. Outside of my home country and a few teams, I tend to go for the underdog. Brazil has won too many times, I want to see some new blood. However, I just don't see it. Brazil tends to start off a little slowly in the world cup but they eventually get their legs going and will put away Ghana.

U.S. football still isn't there yet. Bruce Arena... I think it's time to move on from him.

umm all the Brazil haters are saying Brazil hasn't been playing well...

No one has scored on them yet and Brazil at its worst wins 2-0 against Australia at its best. :stongue:

Brazil hasn't even begun to try yet....2nd round is when things get good. You might have forgotten how Brazil turns it up a level when the opposing team scores on them:eyespop:
