I arrived in LA on the way to Singapore - this American guy and I started talking...nice guy...and then he said "You speak English good for a Canadian"
wow.
Then he asked me where can you buy guns in Canada, and was amazed that I really couldn't think of one place. |

they are not telemarketers, telemarketers make calls to you. What hes talking about is a inbound customer service center.
Chances are he wont stay on hold for 20 mins because he has to watch his call time, most likely will only be holding for a min or two before he releases the call. |
