I used to do CS for this company ( that shall remain nameless ) and I constantly had to deal with the states. I had told one women that her shipment will be ready to pick up in 4-10 business days. Well she called me in 2 days saying her package hadn't arrived yet after I told her 4-10 days.
She proceeded to yell at me, while i'm trying to remain calm. so she hung up, called back about 3 hours later and asked when it would be in, again. You'd think that telling them when it would be in, they'd check between the dates specified!!

yeah i get stuff like that everyday "your refund will take 30 days" they call 10 times in the next 2 wondering were their refund is

Call centers are in place to help those that 'typically' don't get it and need help.
