I lived in Texas for 3 years whilest in school.. I had my classmates believing that I took a dog sled to school everyday in T.O during the winter which lasted 10 months of which 6 months are in total darkness.

Majority are, otherwise Bush wouldn't be in office.

Actually no that statement is wrong. U see we alect based on elctoral votes not by the majority of the population. The majority wasnt with Bush he won by how the elctoral votes were broken down.

Quick question about that.. I never could understand why that is.. How can the President elect LOSE the public vote. It just doesn't make sense to me how an electoral body has all the power and not the public. Can you clarify?

Some states have a higher number of electoral votes, making FL, OH, CA some of the most crucial to win.

Oh yeah, corruption helps too.

It's a weird system. That could happen here too though. Say one party won the majority of seats, but each riding they won they only had about 40-50% of the voters, and the party with the second amount of seats won all their ridings with like 80-90% of the votes, that second party could have amassed more votes, but won less ridings.

I wouldn't have said it if it wasn't true.

There are better ways to clarify than cowboy arrogance.
