| 5htp ain't all that by itself but as a pre party ummm...enhancer, it gives it a little bit of a kick...but I find caffine does a better job at the kick and also enhances quite a bit when taken an hour "pre-party" |

| test it.. :) take 400mg of 5htp.. within 25min you will start to yawn and smile and feel full.. it works :) |

| try caffine before, it's an absorption promoter...helps the body absorb rather than get rid of flinstones... |
