Oh really? Are you saying that the Japanese and the Germans are still the same after MOSTLY America did the dirty work in the 2nd world war for the Europeans and Asians??
If it wasn't for America Europeans would all be speaking German as a second language and South East Asia would be speaking Japanese as a second language. I for one am thankful that the USA is the super power and not one of these Dictatorial regimes. Then you you would really have something to whine about.

One word for you : 9-11. (ok it's a number).

America has every right after this cowardly attack on innocent civilians to go and kick some ass. This attack was no different than the Pearl Harbour attack in 1940.
It was an act of out right war on the US. Iraq and other countries that support cowardly acts of terrorism are getting what they deserve.

Ya thanks god that i am having a good life. But if i was in their position, as far as i know myself Id rather have a free life which isn't secure than living a secure life which isn't free.
Life is tough you know, some are lucky some aint.
But the most important thing is to take steps towards the better, even though it might have consequences.
Maybe people of Iraq have no intension what so ever to have the same democracy as west, But i think us humans, we all deserve freedom.
Now at least there's a little hope for future. By future i mean atleast 20 years from now

Actually I sympathise deeply with the average Iraqi who just wants to get on with their life and live FREELY and peacefully. But unfortunately some misguided radicals are spoiling it for everyone.
Change is never easy and never cheap. But we have all (as nations) gone through our periods of change and they weren't easy either.
The sooner the whole world can live freely (Democratically) and peacefully the better.

Dude, you're wrong. Japan changed lickety split after being nuked and the Germans have certainly changed their war mongering days after the Soviet Union and Allies invaded them.

but you were arguing the flip side of that argument. That the rest of the world would be speaking german or japanese... I don't think it would have worked out that way, within a few years the world would have rebeled back and reclaimed what was theirs.

Gov'ts and countries change when ready. Japan was structurally ready for change prior to US forces coming in and were merely given the extra nudge. It would have happened anyway within a few years. Their technological inovations were accelerating at a faster pace than anywhere else at that time and they were improving the standard of living rather quickly with a strong emerging educated middle class.
