If I played the vip room the entire night at Solsctice...how many TA's would come out? I guess Turk and ESP heard me play friday night at Bajas and talked to the owner, said they were impressed. Hence the talks about being the new afterhours resident...and now talks about solstice.
so...you guys would come out and support a TA right?;)
and god yes...2 dollar jello shots=shhhhwaaaasted.
too bad I usually don't drink too much and "work". I left last friday night from bajas pretty much sober...despite getting free drinks at cool grindz and bajas...plus the fact that there was like 3-5 bottles of goose in vip....
how I didn't get smashed is beyond me:crazy: |

God, I read the article, and damn, they didn't do it justice at all... kind of like someone wrote it at the last minute to hand in as an assignment. Ah well. |

I may be out of town that weekend, so :(. Probably no Solstice II for me. |

The tallahassee democrat one or the fsview ?
the fsu was short for sure. But, I got a hell of a shout out, and they did mention cool grindz. Some exposure is better than no exposure. When you think about it, we had one smash of a party, we are going to need much more than one to get a REAL buzz going. I think this friday will be fun, but not nearly as big. I hope i'm wrong though.
and I still haven't gotten the recording of my set damnit.:whip: |

| Honestly, you cannot expect much from the writers at the view. I've seen some atrocious articles in there, and as neatski said, many times it seems like they are just turning in assignments at the last minute. |
