Paradigm is where its at. Starting a new residency there. I will be back at bajas now and then for special events. I'm working very closely with the owner and other business associates on paradigm. Come fall, Paradigm will be the new tally hotspot. Teeerust me. Whos spinning friday at bajas? |

ok well that guy was a joke last night. he should never play VIP bajas again. BY FAR, the worst performance by a DJ at friday bajas since i started going in september. the guy played house one second, then trance, then house again, then like 80's then trance then back to funky idk what the hell it was but it was ridiculous. he played nice recognizable songs but in the worst order. a couple of his songs were and not in order:
bob sinclar-sound of freedom
ferry corsten-fire(ferry's flashover remix)
freak brothers-tension
some rock n roll remix armand van helden loves to play
benni benassi-i love my sex
when i remember the rest ill post em im too tired to think right now but DJ ESP dont play there again unless you do something completely different |

Told ya to come to paradigm ;)
Ill let you know when there is another party going on there. May not be till next week. This coming week however, i'll be at big daddys on saturday with dj seraphim. Also, june 4th i'll be opening for dirty vegas at big daddys.
dont even know if he is good anymore at all...or what he ever did aside from that one song...but hey...its something to write on paper for me ;) :haha: |

Whoops. thanks for pointing that out. I edited my post. Yeah I mean...esps mixing is on...and his demos are more up to date than what he mixes live...but..i dunno. You heard em last night. I don't know if ill be playing at bajas again mainly because im working on making paradigm my baby. |

I wish I had been able to come to the Dirty Vegas event, but to be honest, although I would have liked to see you, Headphonez, I'm not a Dirty Vegas fan. Ah well, was the event at least a success?
Did anyone else go to Baja's last night, where David Solano was DJing? Overall: nothing unique or particularly spectacular about the set, and the hip-hop was awful, commecial bull. I do understand, though, that he was probably instructed to appeal to "the masses," and so had to stick to danceable tracks... I really don't get the hip-hop though, it was so misplaced. I did enjoy the live drumming, though, and of course I just love the fact that the night was mainly a house event, so props to David Solano for that. |
