yes but at the same time, one news source mentioned the number of parents who'd suddenly show up would cause more problems. Anyway, sad to say that in america, suing seems to happen so often anyway |

| the dude who was filming and gave the tape to media was an arab with name like Barghouti . The fact that police refuses to give the identity of the student raises more suspicion that they are hesitant to tell us who it is. They now say it's asian to confuse the issue but to them all muslims are asians . |

like i said from the get go the university was trying to keep it underwraps and solve it quietly. that was a serious mistake and lawsuits are the best way to send a wake up call to the university. their mistakes cost lives and they should be held accountable. |

I stated this before, and then not 5 minutes after I posted it they announced on the radio that they made a mistake of announcing that he was Asian..like wtf? |

The only reason I'm stomaching through this CNN interweb stream is for the broadcast of the press conference without any bull anchors talking over it. The rest of it is such crap. |
