Well in todays world it is sad but security guards anywhere in the US cant do without a lawsuit or civil action taken against them ANYWHERE, this means stores, schools, clubs, etc... The only purpose they serve is to detour folks from committing a crime. If the US citizens would get their heads out of their asses and stop being sue happy then maybe they could do more than just stand there looking ominous.
As for the shootings I am a student at NDSU and I can feel my college brethren's pain. As the stress level increases as finals come up things are bound to go awry but I was hoping not to this extent. |
