solid night.
pretty rough crowd in the kool haus. Whats with this new trend of climbing onto guys shoulders. It seemed like it went into fashion or something. i saw atleast 3 girls and 1 dude fall off into the crowd. Downright dangerous!
Musically speaking Mark was his usual opening self. Solid as ever!
PVD was not as good as the last set in the koolhaus a few months ago but he ended it very very banging. His last hour was absolutely fantastic. So much so that I completely exhausted myself dancing.
Heard most of Eddies set from the seats trying to gather a second wind but it just wasn't happening. Finally left just before 5am quite satisfied.
I didn't risk venturing into the main room as I knew I'd be drawn in by Eric's set. From what I heard, he was tearing it up quite well. I think the years of physical abuse of dancing for so many hours so hard is starting to take a toll. I was simply exhausted at one point during the night and am still sore as can be today two days after the event.
Armin should be fun :) |

Okay, so I finally got on my laptop after 2 days :eek:
Freedom was a little too :eyespop: for me... LOL! I've been dying to see PVD for a while now and unfortunately i didn't get to enjoy his set... BUT EDDIE IN' ROCKED!! Uningbelievable set... I've never heard scratching like THAT before... blew me away!
After Eddie's set, we moved to main room and couldn't believe how packed it still was!
It was awesome to see you guys again (Vince, Jeff, Pete) and to finally meet you Kris.. you're funny! :haha:
Most random part of the night: sketching out near the back bar when a pack of security guards made room for themselves against the bar and lit up cigarettes! WTF!?!? |

PVD is now on my "Tiesto" list; the DJ's I will never see again.
Overall the vibe was good, the place was crazy - the crowd was up for a good dance. I cant remember the last time a crowd was that thick so late in the party.
This city needs a Techno/minimal party. |

my words about the crowd...
we found quite a nice spot to dance in the corner on the DJ's right side in the main room, i remember at times elbowing a glowsticker every now and then in the ribs for a few minutes straight until he ed off.
when Bad Boy Bill was on i put my long arms to good use trying to keep people off of Sagar and Tara as they would pass by. the crowd was bad at that point but we were smack in the middle. |

I honestly never found it that crowded LOL. I think because as Mikey said, we found a good spot in main room.
Then again the drink was PACKED!
I found there was very little sketch as well, but then again i was pretty much oblivious to everything but my friends. The only thing I found was weird was the many people sitting on the floor recieving light shows... GET OFF THE FLOOR IM TRYING TO DANCE! I WILL STEP ON YOU! |
