I thought the lineup for last year's Freedom was unbeatable and this year I basically went to see PVD but WOW WOW WOW!!! I actually enjoyed Eddie's set better and Erick Morillo COMPLETELY TORE IT UP! Spent most of my time in KH and surprisingly it wasn't as packed as I expected but air circulation is always poor in there. Too bad I missed Felix and Bad Boy Bill (2 DJs I have still yet to see). The energy was awesome all night long. Had a blast!

To everyone else I met tonight, it was excellent meeting some of you for the first time and seeing others again.
Eddie Halliwell rocks - I am still blown away by how much fun I had seeing him. And may I say - if there is one person who could ever be Frankie Wilde irl, it would be Eddie! amirite??
Highlights of the night: Eddie Halliwell, Greg Gow, Felix da Housecat, PVD, Sydney Blu, Bad Boy Bill..
On that note I was pretty impressed with PVD's set, I wasn't sure what to expect from him because I've had so many people tell me mixed reviews about him these days, so I thought I would go see for myself. I was hopeful he would be good, and I was not disappointed.
I liked Erick Morillo's set just fine but I wasn't so sure about all the retro throwbacks.. but at the same time, I guess that's what made his set fun, so I digress..
Started off the night with my BigSketch at Barb's and saw a few people, then headed to Guv and started the night with JayForce. His set was good I think, but sadly not as memorable as I'd like, probably since it was at the beginning of the night and there were countless sets seen after that.
Was SO glad to get back to Zone for some good times - we haven't been for a few months and it was comforting to see it back in full swing! (excuse the pun) I haven't danced that hard in such a long time! My feet feel like they're going to amputate themselves, but it was well worth it :)
I had an absolute blast, THANK YOU so much to everyone who helped make the night, and thanks to all the DJs who made it epic as well (if any of them even read this! probably not, but it's out there anyways:))
And one final BIG thank you to the love of my life, Peter - I had such an amazing time (as I've said too many times to count) and would not have been there if it wasn't for you - and I couldn't dream of being there with anyone else!
P.S. - I also apologize if it sounds like I am repeating myself in sections, I am still soo tired and probably got up an hour ago - and it's 7:30pm atm. :P

I don’t even know how to put my night into words... it was so fabulous...
MY EPIC NIGHT:
EVERY part of this night was a blast!
So my night started off with a lovely dinner at Pickle Barrel with Peter, Sasha S, Sagar, and Michael. Tons of laughs and some serious music talk (if you love trance talk to Peter (pete242) he is a music BRAINIAC!).
We then all walked over to Barb’s place and I had soooo much fun. Barb, it was so nice to meet you, you are just as nice and wonderful as I imagined. I hope you had a great birthday and your night was everything you wanted and more. Aj it was good to meet you AGAIN as well, I wish you had stayed longer. Theresa it was so nice to meet you as well. You are soooo cute. You made me laugh so hard ‘You’re Intangible, it’s so nice to meet you... it’s so SURREAL” LMAO. And Peter nice to meet you too, you are soooo tall lol. And Jeff, great seeing you again, you were fun to be around last night :)
But Barbs was a blast, lots of crazy antics (Sasha N lol you made my night), see pics on Sasha S or MikeyNs facebook.
We had 2 seconds of confusion in regards to line ups, but that was really our fault for being too excited to listen. I was in the ticket line with Justin, jchung (nice to meet you) and Peter, the line moved REALLY fast. And coatcheck was no issue either. I cant remember what time we arrived, 10:30?? 10:45?? 11?? Really no idea...
We all met up in mainroom, it was pretty dead. I was too excited about actually being at Freedom to see who was playing. It wasn’t really moving us, so we went to the Drink for a little Greg Gow action. GREAT WAY TO START THE NIGHT! He had all of us moving.
Caught a decent amount of Bad Boy Bills set. I really didn’t know much of him before last night but he really ‘wowed’ me. We had so much fun dancing to him, one great track after another.
Saw some of Felix. I really enjoyed him, but it was soooo hot, and Erick Morillo was calling me!
The real WOW of the night was ERICK MORILLO! I was really pumped to see him and I couldn’t be any happier. Killer tracks. Super dirty, got dirtier and dirtier. I danced so hard till i couldn’t dance anymore. Then I stood back and enjoyed watching my friends dance up a storm as well. And then I danced some more. He killed it 4:30-6 (when we finally could no longer move and had to pry ourselves away). *Caution* be careful of huge holes in the floor left side of stage, we tore that floor apart!! But seriously wow... Erick Morillo!!!

Leaving government was amazing, the sun was shining and was the perfect way to end the night. See MikeyN’s fantastic picture of Sasha and I included in his review.
I ended up meeting a bunch of TAs outside. Cribby, Invasionmix, Purplehaze, Smuncky.... and a whole bunch more (Im so sorry for forgetting) Nice to meet you all!!
And then thanks to Michael I MET EDDIE!!! OMFG i hugged eddie!!! Such a nice guy, and not hard on the eyes either ;)WOW!!!!!!!

So in summary... This was an amazing night, so many fantastic memories were made. I am so glad that everyone came out, especially since a couple were last minute decisions. Michael, Sasha, Sagar you guys made this night unforgettable. We danced hard all night long! Thank you all!!!
Ps. Peter, Im glad you had a lot of fun, sorry I didn’t met up with you in KH. I couldn’t pull myself away from HOUSE!
