Heart attack!! ing lol..
When you kick someone to to the point of DEATH you would generally assume that their heart would en stop!!! |

not a good thing at all.. glad to hear no-one from TA was involved. the guys who were being taken away in the police cards looked like your stereotypical trouble-makers.. Apparently they were also both from Roxburgh Park.
do we know what caused/provoked the attack?

im like 99% sure, he wouldnt have intended to actually kill someone Regardless if you make stupid decisions and then you must accept the result of your stupid decisions.
Trust me they will go to jail
Surely if they can just put a 2am lockout on all the clubs in CBD, im sure they can send a bunch of losers to jail when this is exactly what they are trying to prevent |

Highly doubt it, jails are over crowded as it is, they might get a manslaughter charge, if they even get charged at all...

well im just saying, if it was the heart attack that killed him
it will be extremely hard to prove that the king hit he sustained caused a heart attack, even more difficult if he had a pre-existing heart problem. |

As Jed tells it, the guy was punched out cold. How can anyone determine that he had a heart attack after being knocked out? That's like saying that the victim of a fatal car accident died because they had a heart attack after driving head on into a truck!
The guy died from trauma after being kicked and punched multiple times to the head while he was unconcious. There is no difficulty in working out the mathematics of this situation!!
We are being fed media bull and these fukka's should fry! |

He has to open him up to determine that first right? You can't tell by looking at someone who's unconcious/dead after being repeatably bashed and think OMG I think he's having a heart attack call the ambo's!! He was perfectly healthy and talking to someone before the incident. He died at 8am, he was levelled at around 2am. It took him 6 hours to die of a heart attack?? Couldn't have been the internal bleeding from being belted that caused him to arrest? |

It could of been a whole list of reasons as to why he died, unfortunately when it comes out no one will care about it and we will probably never hear of this incident again. |
