I'm fairly sure the guy never intended to kill anyone.. he/they are probably sitting in a cell crying over the fact that they've ruined their life & the lives of others.. at least I hope they are.. they unneccesarily bashed a guy and it lead to him dying for gods sake..
what I'm worried about is if the autopsy finds matt mcevoy had ecstacy in his system, the defendants lawyers are going to grab onto that for dear life & use that to downgrade the sentence.. they'll claim his body reacted badly to the illicit drugs in his system & that caused his heart attack..
I just hope that justice is done here.. I saw the guys face as he lay on the pavement & he didn't deserve anything like this. |

There was probably a load of drugs in the idiots that hit Matthew as well. It will be an interesting one in court that's for sure. I won't be surprised if Infinity ceases to continue after something like this. :( |

I was merely trying to make a point that if this young man had a congenital heart defect, the defense would be all over that.
At the end of the day no one knows what happened to him, witnesses saw cpr and a defibrillator being used by paramedics. The reason why he was on life support in ICU we will probably never know. Its all speculation at the moment and will be for another few months until it all comes out in the media.
Anyone else notice, the fact that future have pulled down the infinity website, i think qbh might be in some serious trouble atm |

Though I'm sure they are copping an incredible amount of heat, I don't see how this is Future's fault, or even any of the staff, including security, who were working at the time.
As it has been described to me, this random wit flew out of no where and hit the guy; it's not like anyone had a reasonable chance of stopping him. |

that smoking area is a death trap tho-- one security dude, chatting up chicks INSIDE, while the outside is so packed you can barely inhale your cancer-sticks...
not particularly well managed...
edit: that's how it was the other week anyways, didn't go to V.G, so not sure how it was on this particular night... :o |

thats how it usually is! very packed... but this time there was enuff room to walk around and enjoy ur own space (kind of) which would of made it easier to isolate one bloke! |
