now they've actually given the kid a name, it's even sadder.
called crimestoppers after lunch and left my number, they're getting an investigator to call me back.
the guys should be up on manslaughter. i DID only see one guy hit the dude so i'm not sure who's more responsible but the kid had a heart attack about 4 minutes after he was attacked then died 18 hours later at 8pm last nite i heard - so if thats the case, the heart attack didn't kill him.
the injuries he sustained from the bashing in the first place sure as played their part so as far as i'm concerned, if they are responsible they should be going to jail. |

an autopsy has not been performed yet so Jolz i dont know where you are getting this info from... look, my ex used to work for VIFM in south yarra, i know what they are like and they arent dick heads... they will most likely find some sort of area affected largely by trauma in his head.. even if they dont charge him for his death, they will charge him for inducing a coma onto someone
The fact that this kid kicked him in the head, changes the whole situation and the fact that its on camera is even better.
To throw a punch is one thing, but to kick someone, legally, will tell a different story. And to punch someone twice, when not in self defence, and then kick them massively to the head while down...
Give him Intent to Kill and Manslaughter and lock the idiot up for a few years so he can see whats its like to get beaten up by others |
