I figured toronto will get the better half of the line up because they get it on the actual ASOT day when he already has x number of listeners a week.

I don't care who is coming. I'll be there both days regardless!

Yeah I figured the same. I refuse to deal with that crowd, though. Regular events are cool, but the big one's are just too much. :( :(

I am looking forward to NYC, hopefully Saturday has a great lineup because thats when I woudl *like* to go :) :)

yep. i can't imagine the lineup being "disappointing" either, obviously everyone has their preference as to who they want to see. but honestly im just glad we're getting the chance to experience something like this.

so when will Armin be confirming whos playing on what days?

exactly that. If one doesnt like the DJ's, then its not the same "experience" as one who does :)

I personally like the list as a whole, I am just worried that we will be stuck with a combo of the one's I dont like ;) that would blow.

Hey guys. Does anyone wants to do a meetup before Friday's show? I would love to get back to the NYTAs that were here for Virgin Fest in 2008..

We can try but being that most people have work on Friday...they need to go home shower, change, etc. (I hope lol) and by the time we meet up it will probably be time to go. Does anyone know of any medium sized bars near Roseland that are suitable for pregaming/meetup?

I used to drink all the time at the Playwright on 50th and like 7th (??) regular bar, not too expensive, and a lot of people forgot that there was an upstairs, so if it was a bit crowded on the main level, we made our own party, with no one the wiser ;) (it was never, ever closed upstairs, and had huge windows over looking the street, so you didnt feel closed-off)

im with Z on this one, though, I rarely get out of work early enough to pregame :( :(

:( I figured. Ah well... I'm still going anyway.

I lied. My Toronto friend put "Super 8 & DJ Tab for Toronto ASOT!!!" but apparently she was just wishing!.....LOL there is still hope for NYC!! yeyeey!! :eyes:

this.

If anyone wants to meet up before either of the days, let me know! also, if anyone knows of somewhere I can crash on Saturday morning... :P I'm sure as hell not traveling back to middle-of-nowhere NJ if I'm going to come straight back Saturday evening.

are you really complaining? i got my ticket for 35 bucks. that is basically free. these still arent as expensive as the average show in NYC

epic disaster? holy exaggerating.

I have always disliked the whole "if you but tix now, they will be cheaper, but if you actually want to hear who is playing, they will cost an arm and a leg...." So silly to me, what if I dont like the lineup?

I get that its a business tactic, but shiiite, its annoying! LOL

I like the days of "this is who's playing, if you wanna come, come, if you dont, dont. This is the price______."

BAM. DONE. :(
