technically "his music" is not really his...well maybe his newer productions are, but his old stuff is not him

on a side note iam really excited to see him, if he spins like he did in that video with some actual trance sounding songs then his set should be a good one

He did a bunch of remixes and projects back in the day 2002 -2003 era that blew alot of us on here away

he didnt actually do them all by himself
stoneface and terminal ghostwrited for alot of his stuff back in the day

i know for a fact the alias "arc in the sky" is stoneface and terminal, but m.o.r.p.h said it was one of his aliases

you will be suprised who writes their own music and who does not

besides the ghostwrtieing bullish, if m.o.r.p.h can bang out some proper trance at asot 450 then i will be happy
him and lange's sets iam really lookin foward to i never heard those guys

Yeah but to close down right at 4 is very weak. I mean it doesn't cost that much more to keep the power on and payroll the workers another hour or 2. Water sales can probably even cover that. There's a lot of money poured into them over the course of the night, keep it open til 6 and give a proper night.

I'm with you on this one. Years ago we used to have the loft in BK to go to, very good times there after some crazy nights at arc/vinyl.

Why don’t we get a Sunday morning after party cooking. We can invite a few of the performers.
Does anyone on here still talk with Ian an the crew from the loft???

Any thoughts on this?

many djs purchase songs and make them theirs. Tiesto, Dave 202, etc. Its crap but it happens all the time. However, the money does help the newcomer producers to purchase better equipment or work with an agent and eventually get big. You could say the money Mike gave to them helped them get bigger.

because Andrew already explained why.

He did not write those tunes on his own and never credited Matthias & Henry (Stoneface & Terminal)

And I can almost bet he still isn;t writing his own tunes today.

that would be true if that actually happened.

They got big on their own - making their own tunes.. ;]
