But those parties have 10k+ people at them. It's basic economics. You should have got tickets when they were $30 if you really wanted to go. This will sell out soon either way and judging by their prices it's almost sold out. They raise tickets depending on the amount sold. For example: first 500 sold $30, next 500 $40, etc. But you can always choose not to go and watch live online with the rest of the world.

I'll wait until the lineup is announced and see if my friend wants to go when I see him next week.

It really depends on the lineup. I'm not local, otherwise I would have already bought tickets.

Unless the lineup for Friday night is amazing, I'm probably going to pass.

The pricing for this show is starting to get ridiculous, considering you can see 28 DJ's for the same price at Electric Zoo with better lighting, it's outdoors, and it lasts 11 hours instead of the 7-8 you get with this show.
that and the fact that most seem to be American dj's (atlest the ones I've heard playing.. even those not yet mentioned) is kinda lame.

I'm hoping for some eurotrash for real - that's not armin!

+1 to this too.

Word, Id rather see just Mike and Eco at Roseland than having Filo & Peri there those guys I saw them in Dc they were by no means good. It could have been just an off night tho, one of them hit the repeat button ouchhh while the song was playing. I kinda careless about armins set too.

I would love for pvd to have one of these types of events. Vandit nights he's never in them hmm.

Im only going to one of the ASOT's the price is ridiculous. Im sorry but if it wasnt for ECO or Mike playing too I wouldnt even bother going AVB imo isnt worth $60+ dollars

Another thing- you're looking at the ticket prices from the show promoter's point of view.

All that matters to the concertgoer is that you have $50 in your hand- do you wanna see 4-5 DJ's or 28 DJ's (sample a bit of each)?

And the thing is- I bet a bunch of the names from this ASOT 450 show will end up at Electric Zoo in September anyway.

I can understand your point of view. However for me, ASOT 450 is a monumental event that will be broadcasted all over the world. It's not something I want to miss.
