Outside of the workplace, I keep it as simple as possible: shorts, flip flops, and t-shirts. I hate wearing socks. Jeans and nice button downs or polos when going out in the evening. No labels plastered on my like I'm a walking billboard... no cheesy ass graphic tees either. |
I tend to avoid these as well. Not because I've got anything against brands and the like, but because plain tees are usually cheaper :p |

Designer jeans (mostly Sevens) most of the time, occasionally slacks or other nicer pants.
Pretty much always wear either dress shirts/nice button ups or a polo shirt when I'm outside, though usually wear t-shirts on Fridays to be all casual and .
Have a variety of shoes of different types and different colors depending on what else I'm wearing or what the occasion is.
Normally have a jacket or two since it's ing cold and rainy in Seattle most of the year.
The dress shirts vary in brand, but I have a lot of Lacoste and Ralph Lauren polos. Do most of my shopping at Nordstrom's or Neiman Marcus, occasionally Saks. Banana Republic for most of my really casual wear.
I hate people who wear basketball shorts or sweatpants outside (and especially to class). That's not ing acceptable. |

Most cheap clothing is so damn uncomfortable and ugly, though. Not to mention low quality.
I love Banana Republic plain tees. Nice and comfortable and decently priced. |

| I have a soft spot for Eagle Dress shirts. High thread count cotton feels nice on the skin. I also enjoy high quality undershirts, but unfortunately they get ruined by sweat stains with in a year. |

my gf dresses me now. i don't have any choice either, she just goes out, buys for me and puts it on my credit card. She has good tastes, but wtf i can't always afford it or i don't even need it.
shopping addictions geez.
she got 4 shirts made for me for a price that i usually won't drop on a shirt last week. I like them, but i feel i have to wear them against my will under threat of having a loner boner:mad:
/vent | haha, thats sadly normal. One girl who was really out of hand with it kept buying me things that were pastel coloured. I switched the balance onto her card and returned it for the stuff I wanted. She never did it again. |

| You really get dressed up just to go to class? Your professors must be hot. |

| I don't consider that getting dressed up. If I was going to get dressed up I'd wear a suit. |
