I just remembered the last time we ate some zoomers at the cottage. About 4 hrs in, we all got sooooo sketchy and fidgety and weird...

Depending on how much you take and the quality, and acid trip shouldn't last more than 12-14 hours, unless you take a ton of it. |

Dude, I'm talking 1 blotter. That's all I ever took per occasion...
I wouldn't be "tripping" after 12 hrs but I definitely wouldn't have been able to anything important or responsible... |

DMT can be an ingredient in the ayahuasca preparation, but there's scant possibility what I took had any in there - it wasn't nearly intense enough.
The acid you're taking must be pretty weak stuff (and hence quite easy to like). The last time I took acid I had trouble moving from my chair due to the severe distortions of my vision, balance and hearing. I had to get a friend to take me to the toilet every time I felt it come on. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to talk to a stranger, let alone sit in a restaurant and act normally. In the final few hours it calmed down to a similar level to what you're talking about. Again - that zone is pretty tough to dislike, because you feel happy, things are funny and the world seems great. It's a different story past there, as you've probably experienced with strong shrooms. |

Yeah what you're describing sounds like my experience with shrooms. It was uncomfortably intense for pretty large portions of the trip. I only had about 4 grams too. |

I'm sure that in your circles you heard about the reindeer piss installation in Berlin. I was tempted to go, but for the price. How many people can claim to have got high from reindeer urine? :p

That article misses out on one bit - apparently the mushrooms are too toxic for humans, but after being passed through the reindeer they can be handled. |
