Seriously. We keep calling out classics but no one will play that. classic is shifting to 2006-8 songs unfortunately. |

Just wanted to see if there was any interest. I did the whole NYE at a big fancy stupid event hall thing once, never ever ever again, for exactly the reasons Andrew stated. I'm sure most people would rather be at Armin or whatever, but if there's any folks that wanna just chill and maybe even play their own stuff (we have the XDJ-Aero so you can hook yourself up!), maybe we can do something at our place. We haven't done anything in a while, we're overdue.
If Pijpsie is okay with it, of course. :) |

$135 is actually not bad.
And for the people that don't go out on NYE, you're missing out. There are a ton of good parties off the beaten path, especially in Brooklyn. |

| i dont know why ppl would bitch bout a 135 cover... 3 hrs open bar, 21+... i sometimes spend 100 alone on drinks... this being a NYE event and armin just makes the price even better! anyways im def in, hell its the only trance event in nyc and my bday is the first :) |

You do realize that it says 3 hrs right? how many drinks you think your gonna be able get on a +21 event on NYE in 3 hrs? you'll be lucky if you even get 2 |

not knocking you for goin out for your bday and nye
but when it comes to the 3 hours open bar and the whole crowd being 21+, you can pretty much bet everyone will have the same idea you will
to take as much advantage of the open bar as they can. so yea the lines will def be packed

We still have time to rent a huge house somewhere in Poconos!
I've been doing it for the past 5-6 years with friends from NJ, but after last years drama with some people, I decided to distance myself.
Usually houses like that come up to anywhere from $150-300 for 4-5 days of party shenanigans + some of us snowboard/ski so that always would be nice.
Everybody brings their own food/alcohol etc, but we share. I cook well so I'm always down for that. All of us have some sort of speakers/dj equipment so thats not a problem.
But if that was to be planned, it has to be done soon.
Usually you have to put up a deposit before hand. Hot Tub is a must
This is the house we had last year. It was huge. 3 floors, mad rooms/bedrooms and space. I think it came up to tlike $170 per person for 5 days

I have done this quite a number of times at Poconos and Catskills region with college friends and it has always been a good time. If anyone wants to do something like this during January i would definitely be down
