| ^^I think you guys have to imagine how much Armin costs for NYE. Promoters paying him per hour would end up being alot if it went beyond 5/6 hour set. But yes, since it's NYE, promoters should know what to expect regarding costs and what not. |

7 hour set? I think the only DJ that spins 7hr sets anymore is DT. |

| markus Schulz the best dj in the world does it all the time. Id say hes played over 15 extended sets just this past year. But your telling me armin can do what Ibiza solo set and thats it. Worlds number 1 dj should spin more then an Ibiza solo set all year. He even choked coming back to dc armory and playing garbage after an amazing 6 hour set last year. Its NYE and its number 1 dj. Markus is playing open to close in LA, but armin cant play past 4. i dunno, thats pretty weak to me. I had hopes of seeing him for an epic night, instead im gonna have to end up spending even more money once 4 am hits and im looking for someone else to go once armin is done. Guess it was expecting a little to much. |

thats not bad, but i saw pvd a few years ago and he came on right when the ball was gonna drop or a few songs before then. |

| tiesto played 9 hours in 08 or 09 i mean, im sure they knew he was gonna be expensive, but they knew what the turnout would be from a set like that from tiesto. These people would look boss throwing armin out there for 7-8 hours. And its time for armin to give us an extended set, been since 09 at roseland hes given nyc one. It just upsets me cause you get the best music when they play extended and NYE is special so i figured wed get something special, 4 hours is not special. We ll see him again in a few months for a 2 hours set for asot 600. And my friend was in Miami for his 4 hour djmag set and said it was god ing awful. |

think tiesto came on around 11-11:15 when he did NYE here..he played for 6+ i think..NYC is way overdue for a long set from Armin..Tobacco Warehouse was like 7+ bc he started before doors opened..and one night at Pacha in March when we had the snowstorm and Blake couldnt make it..Armin played for 6+..just give me 5 hours at least please!..i want a set that starts at around 128 and goes to 138-140 over 5-6 hours! |
