excatly my point. there is no more trance being produced now. as in 2000 trance. as in a mix of everything. now there is uplifting trance , progressive trance , tech trance. there is no more diversity. that kind of good trance that made people shake their head when it came to categorizing it.

Yeah I like j00f but he's not trance in my opinion, he's a lot more psy-progressive if you ask me.
The rest of them are all featured on ASOT pretty regularly. I think Solarstone even dj'ed at one of the ASOT 550 events.
So to blame Armin, #trancefamily, etc. (not you) for the death of "real" trance is silly. People just don't really like that type of trance as much anymore like they do with the more bass heavy housey stuff. I dunno how people can even decide what is "real" trance and what is not....seems so dumb and subjective to me.

He has switched to ambient psy / minimal psychedelic. Yet psychedelic trance goes back to the starting roots of trance before "arena trance".Anyhow to make it short I do agree with neon since trance has evolved a lot. There is some trance that is still listenable is just matter of opinions.
