Thinking of heading up 1 night early, the Friday night. Wont get there till late, like 11:00pm cause of work. Just wondering if its worth my while. Anyone know of any known after hours. Seen a couple of events on RA, but they end at 2:00am? How can that be? If anyone knows of anything going on aside from whats on RA already on the Friday night. Please share. Im aware that some go till 5.

thanks :)

There are some preparties, but I dunno about you, 3 days and 72hours of DEMF can take a toll on you, I'd either save some $$$ and skip Friday and come up Sat morning, or get a good nights rest on Friday and don't jump the rave gun too early.

But that's just me... I've done the Friday night party before, too excited and want to get it started too early. Always regretted being hungover on Sat when all my friends were ready to go, and it caught up with me by Monday hard!

But I'm also old have put too many miles on my raving shoes...

I cant do the three days, cause I have to leave sunday night for work, so it would a short lived trip. Not ideal but I got my fix at wmc this year, so Im good with one Saturday and two half days. Is the Friday night any good?

Gah, why on Monday? I miraculously made it to the Hot Natured party on Monday, but don't want to repeat that this year.. body was in shambles by then.

I think getting to Detroit on Friday is great. Stopping by the Bang Tech party is always fun and there's usually at least one really good event that evening (Buttrich :D ). It's not bad that it closes early because you will want to be a little rested for the weekend. I really like being able to wake up on Saturday and already be in Detroit, instead of having to drive/fly that morning.

Just saw the updated line-up for the Interface 42 party

http://www.residentadvisor.net/event.aspx?468081

Luke Slater
Silent Servant
Raiz
Project 313
Luis Flores
DJ Hyperactive
Rødhåd
Andrei Morant
Mike Gervais
Joel Morgan

BN Loko Mendez

Wowwww. This will be a techno beat down if I've ever heard one. Some really fresh names on this one.

None of the after parties really do it for me. It's a shame that this is on the Sunday because that kind of puts a wrench in the Old Miami plans, but I somehow think this line up will be a lot more appealing than Old Miami's.

True, guess I always overlook that aspect since I'm just 15mins across the river. :)

Didn't know about the Buttrich party till just now tho, thanks for the heads up!

But the atmosphere!!! I hope the weather is awesome, I'd hate to miss out on a Sunday night party because fingers are crossed for a stellar day at Old Miami...
