Anyone else have speculation, wishlist, desire, hopes, rumours, secrets of Phase 3?
PS - 83 days away :toothless |
Michael Mayer's playing in Montreal the week after, so hopefully he rolls through Detroit again this year. A Kompakt after party would be heavenly.
As for my wish list.. I'd love to hear Laurent Garnier / LBS, Ken Ishii, Just Be (Bushwacka), Max Cooper, Orbital, Ochre, Ott, and Mr Scruff there. Realistically, I'm expecting some trap, some Detroit locals, a few well known acts, and a band or two for phase 3. |

As much I love hearing some CVS at DEMF... I think I'll pass on the Dirtybird party, not a fan of Russel Industrial Center either. The line up is intriguing however, B2B with the entire Dirtybird crew...
CLAUDE VONSTROKE vs. JUSTIN MARTIN
WORTHY vs. LEROY PEPPERS
J. PHLIP vs. KILL FRENZY
ARDALAN vs. JUSTIN JAY
I would like to see CVS vs. JM, but the ravenecks that will be out to this thing will be unfathomable... furry wideleg pants and neon gauges as far at the eyes can see.
If there is any party I hit on Saturday (so far) will be the Jak party. Still thinking maybe just save some rave for Sunday night, Monday morning and Old Miami... |

It would be pretty awesome if it turns out to be Steve Bug. He's headlining a pre-party there. |

| This year I'm going to try to go to Old Miami at midday. Every year I've woken up early to go (7 or 8am), and by the time 1pm hits I'm already so exhausted from the heat that I want to leave. 2 years ago I missed Cassy vs. Craig Richards because of this which I was super gutted about. |

I was thinking that as well, but it was lined up at like 9am already, and I don't have the patience to wait in the sun in a line... missed Maceo last year. :( And this year I'm going to check my twitter that morning so I know who's playing and set times lol... that might help instead of going by just sketchy hearsay from hotel front door loiterers |

This may be too much to ask, but I really don't care about most of the Crosstown Rebels DJs anymore, so I hope the line up isn't stacked with them. More of the likes of Matthew Dear, Cassy, Craig Richards, Magda, and less of the likes of Maceo Plex, Maya Jane Coles, etc. |
