Awww, I was hoping to come back to a nominate sara thread. :(
I woke up at 2 pm today MrS! Yesterday was the same, and the day before that, 4!! But I go to bed around 5 or so... :p
Chinese was f'in good! Daff, hahaha, you didn't steal it! :haha: |

^^^ there may be some requirements for being a mod sara...possibly how long you have been on here? most of the mods date back to like 2001..:eek:

i hardly ever go in the political debates section..im not an arguer like occrider is.. he thrives for that lol
but i was reading that Saddam thread that you were talking about daff. wow pretty interesting.. Kind of reminds me of that movie Wag The Dog..
eh i dont follow politics so i cant say anything lest i be flamed for it :crazy: |

Know your information and don't be too afraid of flames. I've been going in there since I started TA. It's one of the only forums I look forward to going into. And I enjoy flaming, so I can let go of my frustration in there.
I'm beginning to think I spend far too much time in front of the computer tapping away at they keyboard. :p |

hehe thing is i dont know my .. well political stuff i dont know jack
however if there is ever a thread on a topic that i strongly agree or disagree on, then hell yeah ill jump in..
but there really hasnt been any big debates that interest me of late. |

i love that forum, i just never seem to have the time or the attention span to do the research to make an intelligent post. i jump in if i know enough to get by anyway. i love the stuff, but i've found i prefer it in person-person discussions.
i think i spend too much time in front of the computer too, but i'm a bit overloaded on real people too. i love people and being social so much, but ever now and then i get on an anti-social kick and i don't want to have to deal with people.
mebot, please tell me you saw the stupidity in those posts? |

I've become quite anti-social after a few events... (i.e. the trauma/drama of my ex) So I tend to escape in the computer. :p
I'm majoring in International Affairs specializing in Political Sciences, so I love posting in there. If I'm wrong, I'll get corrected, and that's fine by me :)
I hope that my posts are considered valuable... along with my threads ;) |
