sorry lighting is totally different and all i have at the moment is a ty webcam.

well, hehe...so:

Thanksgiving 2003 i played football and tore my right rotator cuff. Took me out for a month. Then I was doing DB flat bench with 100s. And I was on my 3rd rep going down and I did something weird apparently and it tore my left shoulder. WHich is ed to this day. THen I rolled my car off a cliff and that took me out for amonth. SO:::

Short version. Ive only been doing chest for a month now.

Ive been doing Decline and flat barbell bench eight sets of eight. then Ill go do a back exercise and then come back and do a set of DB flies (i can only do flies after a set of normal benching because my left shoulder will pop out if I do another bench set :p ) 8x8 again.

Like I said, its rough on my shoulder and im feeling really held back by it.

yeah man i hear you on the shoulder problems...i did the same thing with that DB flat bench. it still gives me every once in a while or if i go super heavy...

anyway, i think that back is really good for 6 months...keep doing what you're doing on that...

oh and where's the leg pics...come on...i know you don't want to, but./.. :stongue:

hehehe yeah running doesn't help the cause, but at least you're staying lean. you should hit some lunges man...that will build you an ass like nothing else hehehe...

its not a whole lot different hehe. Stronger maybe, but I have been doing this hike thats 4 miles up in 4 thousand feet and I cant do legs and that at the same time. The run down makes me rest for a day or so and then i want to go again hehe.
