This thread has made me realize what a weak bastard I am.

I am 18 y.o. weigh 115 lbs. (FFS) and am 5'10.. there is no hope for me.

I eat a bag of cookies and i lose 10 bloody pounds.

I wouldn't have the slightest clue where to start with the whole exercise thing. It's a pretty alien concept to me. Kind of intimidating really. Okay, i've said too much ^^:clown: :clown:

5'10" 115

Did you pull a David Blaine? That's ridiculously skinny, I'm 5'11" 175 and by no means big.

i think you are.

imagine doing situps, and just twist the image longitudinally 90 degrees. basically, your legs are hanging up in the air (hooked to something, hopefully) and you're doing situps. i suppose it works your back, too, but try it and there's going to be a burning sensation in your stomach after a couple of reps of 25 so bad that you'll want to puke.

Izzy. So far Id say a key is forearms. Your upper arms are huge but the forearm doesnt seem to have the connection. I hate having little forearms :( my brothers are huge and hes never worked them out, i try working them out and get nothin!

Maybe a little bit on the traps too. Of course, Im a traps fan and I want huge 'uns so I might be a little biased lol. Other than that, your lookin pretty solid man. More comments to follow after more inspection.

I bet in a year you could weigh one fitty easy. If not more. Do you do the computer diet like i used to? Eat nothing all day and barely even poop unless you HAVE to? Dang computers!

with a protein shake a day, and following a solid meal plan combined with a basic workout routine (im sure one could get hammered out for you here :D) youd be awesome. When someone starts out as ectomorphic as you they can just bulk bulk bulk and not have to worry about definition too much. I always used to say i was gonna be skinny forever (still am but gettin better lol) and everyone told me i had a good base to start off with, and they would list stuff like naturally broad shoulders, height, but had nothing to do with current muscle mass.

In the boxing circles we used to do Id meet some pretty big guys, and most of them started working out and boxing because they had been so skinny and were sick of it. I think if you got out there, youd be shocked at what a couple of months would do to you.

Right now im curling 35s, but last year i was able to curl 50s. Guess where I started. The 12s. Literally. Could barely do em too.

Benched 25s, recently was able to use a machine with plates (not the pin plates, plate plate) and do an incline max of 360. Im sure that works out to something like 250 incline or something, but still. point being that we all start out as bitches. Every single one of us. Ask your parents to sign you up.

aahhh, I gotcha, I was thinking of laying on your stomach at the end of a bench so upper body hangs over the edge. Then you bend at a 90 deg angle and then straighten out. that works out the lower back.

But I see what your saying, legs straight up in the air and you have to curl up so your body makes a 90 deg angle er so.

thanks buddy, ya i never do much isolated forearm excersices... guess i better start, thanks for the note. wish i could post more pics for review, this is great for contructive critisism, after these reviews and tips we could become TA models - ice hot stuntaz style :p

also: get a digi cam! I need more positions to say more hehe. I *think that the medial head of the delt is a little small compared to the arm also. I know how it sometimes disappears when you press your arm down so kinda hard to say. Shoulders are key though, and since I tore my rotator cuff ive been pissed I cant touch mine. Getting that triple headed cauliflower look is awesome. Too often I see these dudes in the gym walking around and it looks like someone took a bicep and a tricep and fused into an arm socket. Their shoulders got swallowed!

speaking of which. Any good ideas for rear head exercises? Thats been my trouble spot. I do some seated rows and one arm rows. hmm...I wonder if I should start doing pullups again. My day of glory was last year when i would take no longer than 30 seconds between sets and did 1, then 2, then 3, 4, 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, and then I pooped out at 9 again. Thats 86 pullups or something. and after that i did 1,2,3...27 pushups. 378 on that. It was during my rock climbing days so I weighed 150 lbs and had insane power to weight hehe.

Oh yeah, so exercises?
