yeah, i have a brother who works out daily too. I just usually go at noonish him at 6 pm. Im just gonna have to start waiting. Which sucks because Im lethargic till I work out.

orbax man when benching pick a weight that u can do the fuull 3 sets with and by the last set it has to be hard to do the last 2 reps or else its pointless...u dont really do anything till ur third set so follow that advice...im not a pro on weight training but my chest is huge now and for that reason...dude i wish i could come show u a few things abt the chest work out...ahh well ill do my best trying to explain..and also bench with dumb bells...and when u reach the top clink em together...ppl like me tend to favor one side so at one point i had this huge right peck and this puny little left peck till i started doing the dumbbells too...now i figure out how to distribute the weight when im benching and i still use dumbbells just in case....

I got stuck doing squats once, needed 2 people to help get the weight off my back, when i got up saw one guy shaking his head, felt like punching him, oh well lol

Yeah, what everyone else said. To proportion your upper body, def work on the pecs. Keep eating a bunch of donuts; that's how I got my manly C-cups.

your abs seem to be coming along nicely! you can definitely see the definition coming through, keep at it!! :D

Flat bench is more for strength than for putting on size. You should also be doing more than 2 exercises per muscle group(4 or 5 exercises per muscle group is where you want to be at for putting on good size). Try doing some cable exercises with dungbell and barbell; work it all into your program. Remember that you should only push your max weight on your 3rd and 4th sets.

You also look like you need to work on your calves, a lot. You can work them twice a week, make sure you do heavy weight around 15 reps. Also try super setting them between the sets of your exercise.

These are AMAZING! A bit rough at first, but i used to be a dancer, and by the time competitions were comming up, if some of us needed stomach deffinition we got stuck doing them everynight.. worked like a charm!

otherwise... you have a nicer body then most guys i have seen, and i think alot of muscle is ridiculous so i like were you are right now the best...;)

orbax, i love your enthusiasim... i wish i had a workout partner like with your drive to work out with.

as for critique i would say whatevery one else has, pecs (bar doing incline and flat, you have good lower) and abs, but that maybe be becuase of the beer drinking i see you post on here. ;)

anyways for abs here's what i've been doing the past three months (i've been training 4 years now) which has helped me out A LOT. screw what everyone says and do LOW reps, HIGH weight and dont do it everyday, at least one day rest. go on one of those decline benches, decline it all the way grab a 10 pound medicine ball and do a full crunch. then spin around grab the ball with your legs and raise them to work your lower abs. if you have ab machines at your gym put them on insane weight and do 15 or so reps. you'll see the pay off in two months for sure

now i hope you dont mind but i'd like to get some feedback too... here's the catch, i dont have a dig camera so i cant take pics, i only have one good pic of me 'posing', sorry :(. i'm the one on the right, my youngest brother in the middle, and my best friend on the left... drill away.
