OYY MATE!

I was doing 15 there and 15 back (I totally forgot I had a ghetto barbell and I found it looking for EZ curl!)

got 3 sets knocked down with 75 lbs. and im dead. that is such an awesome idea!!! i would never*** have thought of that. THanks dude!





as for target. Im 166 lbs right now. Id like to be 175-180. I want a cross between Bruce Lee and Shwarzenegger :D

Just big and really defined. I hate the look of blobmen that are at the gym. like this one dude...god he benches like 250 but looks like he got made out of playdough. Terrible body.

So it isnt strength, just looks :p although one tends to come with the other if youre doing it right.

what height are you? what weight you need to be will depend a lot on it.

if you want arnie's figure you're going to have to start on steroids, it's the only way, it's a pretty big goal you're going for and i'd say you need to well past 220-230lbs to get it, and then do a serious amount of cardio to cut your BF down to bruce lee, prob 5%.

i'm 6'3".i was 165 in january, now 180 (meant to be 185, but bad diet of late) aiming to get to 210lbs by october with 7% BF, it ain't too easy:rolleyes:

i'm totally not going for strength right now, and i don't believe strenght and size correlate that much, i look about the same size as guys who can bench 30-40lbs more than me

im six foot 2. I have an 8% body fat.

What I meant was a large Bruce Lee then hehe. a 6'2" 175lb Bruce Lee :D

so whats your diet? from breakfast to dinner? any supplements?

i just use whey powder for pre/post workout and to mix with cereal in the morning cos' i got too lazy cooking eggs, then have 3 meals during the day rotating between chicken/beef/fish/turkey which i've cooked on a sunday night freeze and reheat. then put rice/pasta/bread with it. then at night for supper (which i'm eating now) cottage cheese, milk, oats, honey bananna, it does sound horrible, but it's the only way i can eat it.

How large are the portions? Like a full dinner plate of food every time? 4 chicken breasts?

if you want to look like a 'big' bruce lee, 6'2" at 175lbs looks quite small, even if you're ripped, i'd go at least 15lbs more

Ive never weighed more than 170...and in retrospect when Im 170 its not that big. ok goal is 190 then :D jesus. Ill be a monster!

no way! 1/1.5 chicken breast a serving, which is like 30g of protein, means like 150g a day, which is roughly .8 g per lb weight, which is enough

ah word. yeah I think I need to eat more fish. I heard thats the most readily available source of protein.

Too bad its so expensive

all sources i think are as good as each other, some people read into the science of getting big too much, like quoting 100s of articles to back some theory, it's quite simple, eat big, train big.

tuna's dirt cheap!
though i do tend to get the more expensive stuff
