hehe even worse. I havent done legs in months. Every day its nice Im out playing tennis or hiking or something. and on ty days my brother and I kickbox lol.

Im so ashamed.

you really should do some lunges man...i can't harrass you enough about it hehehe...you wanna kick your brother's ass kickboxing? power is all in the legs...DO 'EM!!:whip:

so whats a good lunge routine? do you stick with normal 8x8s or higher or lower or what?

actually this is what i like to do (note: can be a little dangerous if you're not careful hehehe)

take like a bar and a couple plates outside late at night so noone sees you hehhe...nothing serious...maybe just start with like 75lbs or something.

i like to do walking lunges because i think its easier on your ankle joints and works better.

so anyway, go out in front of your house and lunge to the end of the street or as far as you want to. keep in mind you have to come back hehehe ;)

consider down and back a set...

do that a couple of times and you'll be set in no time :D

well...i do it centered like a squat. you could try the backpack and see how it works, but i don't know if it'll have the same effect.

you could do that...it just might be a little awkward. the reason that i don't think the backpack will work very good is because you want to weight above you...that way you really get the work of pushing it upwards. that's why i think lunges with DBs are kinda stupid...you're wrists give out before your legs do. this way...its all leg...

for 1 your chest looks a bit weird, it's outa shape or something,

but we can't really critic you unless we know what your striving to achieve. what weight do you want to get to? how much BF? what measurements? have you a pic of the body you want to achieve?
