i think mauro sucks the big one.
i have downloaded every mix i could find of his to see if i can find one i want. what do i hear? a bunch of percussion garbage that you need to be ed up on hard drugs to get into.
tiesto said it himself.
trance is the only music you can feel without drugs, "you have to be on drugs to listen to techno" (picotto) |

i kinda have to disagree with you on this one, dazzed...
i have been clean for a long time, and i actually PREFER stuff like Picotto to Oakie/Tiesto/PvD trance.... i mean, i like it all, but if i had to 'pick' who to go see live, Picotto just makes me move to the music better. but thats me, and we all have our different opinions..
but i definitely do not think you need to be 'ed up' to listen to ANY of this... (granted it sometimes heightens the experience), but not necessary. Give me Picotto and a dancefloor!

I've seen them both......Tiesto was .......Picotto was amazing
I was on E for both......
but then again this is my opinion
Tiesto got me into trance......I'll admit he's a good producer
but I think he's heading down a road, that in the end ........nobody will like him.......you watch and see...... |

i dont even consider picotto trance cuz all i hear from him is percussion beats.
but please feel free to prove me wrong i would love to hear a picotto song thats nice and trancy that i may enjoy.

Now you have to understand that picotto is also a different style
Think of this.........Trance.........what puts you in a Trance.....
sometimes percussion beats that progress are the most Trancy beats
Trance is not all about happy, pretty, dancing along the dandelions
beats......a true TA appreciates all types and forms of Trance
and can determine from shine |

Picotto - Komodo (Save a Soul) (megavoices classix mix)
Picotto - Proximus (megavoices again...)
Picotto - Magic Flight (check out the interlude in the middle)
Picotto - Goodbye
Picotto - Dolphin (actually its picotto's rmx, song done by Gee Moore)
and there are others... just listen to these and see what you think... Picotto's not ALL hard beats and stuff... thats just what he plays in his livesets...
