well here are the pros and cons...
the vw... 30000 miles... CONVERTIBLE! (i luv) drives REALLY smooth, fully loaded, leather seats, and VERY cute :) BUT... 2002, and only a 3 year 30000 mile warranty. i drive roughly 600 miles/wk. that warrantly will go fast. and its a little more expensive than the suzuki. and rained-on seats are not covered in the warranty, lol.
the suzuki... ALSO cute.. brand new, fully loaded, moonroof, 7 year 100,000 mile warranty, and cheaper. plus i get a $500 recent graduate discount, and a $1700 new car discount. BUT... it doesnt drive nearly as smooth and the seats are very stiff... i test drove one today.
i guess i like the convertible better, but i'm more leaning to the one with the better price and the better warranty. i've looked at a lot of other cars, but so far these are the 2 that stood out the most. and other suggestions? |

@jamie
with the vw u have FUN while driving, for me feeling the quality is importand if i use my tools.
the suzuki, well its cheap, good warrenty, but u get what u pay for. anyway, u cant get the best in everythung, simetimes money is more important so i think i would take the suzuki in ur situation! |

yeah, i looked at the scion. but then decided it was too big for me. i'm small. i need a small cute car!
anyways, just got back from the vw dealership again and i'm most likely taking the cabrio on tues. tues i will do the paperwork and see what the actual payments are going to be, and i am getting an extended warranty, and as long as payments arent more than 350, i'm taking it. if they are more than 350, i'm taking the suzuki. |
