what he means is that Jersey City's business district as well as residential areas are growing soo rapidly - buildings are going up like crazy...property value is increasing...the look of the skyline is going to CHANGE with the amt of buildings added to it within the next few years.
btw that area is close to where I work in Hoboken NJ @ the waterfront (i showed u the view from where I work) just a few PATH train stops away :) |

Sal, Thanh and I @ my birthday celebration last Friday.
We use to be regulars at all the big shows in NYC. Now we're just old. I've since moved to NYC and they're both still in Boston :(
