I either just had deja vu, or you've posted that before. Which is it? That's weird if you haven't.
I agree completely. Loving and losing messes you up internally. I know that every relationship I've had since high school has been affected by the girl I loved and took to prom and then lost based on a misunderstanding. |

Love is not an illusion.
Illusion is a distortion of a sensory perception. Love is, in a simple view, "wishing others all the best". If there's a true feeling in a family/couple of "wishing one another all the best", what illusion is there? |

I'm sorry, please point out to me where I stated that?
I merely stated that those who say that it's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all, have not truly loved. Indeed, we should all be so lucky to feel a love so deep at least once in our lives.
All I'm saying is it's impossible to recover from the love of your life being nonexistant in your life anymore. Sure, you may love again, but that love will be a limited love, one that is unsure. Even if you fall again, a part of you will always belong to that person. |
