OK I know this is lame and blah blah blah, but when I read this, it gave me shivers.
What is LOVE?
A girl and guy were speeding over 100 mph down the road on a motorcycle. This is the conversation they had...
Girl: Slow down. I'm scared.
Guy: No this is fun!
Girl: No it's not. Please, we're going too fast!
Guy: Then tell me you love me and I will slow down.
Girl: Fine, I love you. Slow down!
Guy: Now give me a BIG hug.
*Girl hugs him*
Guy: Can you take my helmet off and put it on? Its bugging me.
In the paper the next day: A motorcycle had crashed into a building because of break failure. Two people were in the accident, but only one survived.
The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his breaks went out, but he didn't want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him and felt her hug one last time, then had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die.
"Love is not selfish so Love is not being happy it is to make happy to whom you love even if you are unhappy with it."
What do you think love is? |

couldnt he have just stopped accelrating and let it gradually come to a stop?
As for what love is... it's the best and worst feeling in the world, and whilst you will only know what it is when you truly do, you will never understand it. |

Love is one of those human words that is defined differently for everyone. It's a vague concept, not a biological process (though it could be for some people).
At least, that's how it's always seemed to me.
Edit: Not that I think about it, I'm not actually refuting your claim that it could just be elevated dopamine levels, but I think you should wait until you get some experience and stuff beforehand, is all. |
