I'm just saying that you should be grateful for what you had, and that giving up a part of yourself is only something that happens when you allow it to - the risk was definitely worth it, as even if the relationship dissolves, the memory of such a deep admiration and compassion for another will give you insight into many things in your life and in others' as well.
Losing a love is not something to moan about all the time, as it is much better to have lost than to have never had at all... in the long-run :toothless
Picking up the pieces and making use of them is what truly matters. ;)

You do know that using "you" instead of "one" doesn't necessarily means I'm talking about you, right? It's a grammatical resource. If there's a less posh way of saying "if one person does this, blah, blah, blah" other than "that's because one's clinged to the feeling" and all the other "you's" I've used in my post, I'd be glad to learn ;) |

I never said I haven't had experience. I have. Anyone on this board that knows me knows I have. But that does not mean that I was inferring to only myself. Read my posts more carefully or don't bother reading them at all. |
