What's the best mixing you've heard? In other words, what have been the best transitions that you've heard from one song to the next?
My personal favorite: Ferry Corsten in Spundae @ Circus, L.A.
IMO, the first four transitions on the CD are nothing short of extraordinary. |

| Miss Kittin Radio Caroline volume 1 has some really interesting mixing. Not really in the same league as ferry corsten though :rolleyes: :wtf: |

| As much as I hate to say it, some of the old Tiesto is really well mixed and timed, but I reckon it's done on the computer. Example, Magik 2. |

| A lot of James Zabiela's sets have some of the best intros ever. His mixing os the best technical wise in my opinion. |

Some of the transitions on James Zabiela's Alive compilation are brilliant. It's not till you read the booklet that comes with it though, that you realise how indepth some of the transitions are. There are some great mixes on Dave Clarke's World Service too.
But seriously if you think Ferry Corsten is 'the best mixing you've ever heard' you really need to open your eye's a bit. |

| ive heard zabiela pull of some ing rancid mixing, at creamfields last year the first half of the set was all over the place... and his GTDJ cd was a bit iffy, but fair play he tries a lot. Getting everything 100% beatmatched all the time probably isnt that important to him. |

| Zabiela plays with Luke Fair next Thursday. I will finally get to see what all the hype is about. I have heard mixed reviews. He is sick and a turntablist to he is sloppy. I will see for myself, I guess. |

| most of the 'omg hes so amazing' reviews about zabiela are from ex armin van buuren bummers who now think breaks are amazing... and yes compared to armin his mixing is pretty good. But reviews from these people should be taken with a pinch of salt. Hes not , but I wont be rushing to see him again. |
