We spill water... if someone spills a beer or a coke it makes things worse for EVERYONE.
My gripe is when idiots invade my specially-watered dancing space and just stand there motionless. My dancing isn't exactly subtle, surely these people noticed that I was USING THAT SPACE! |

i ing hate when ppl do that ... you don't need it if you kick stepp and shuffle properly. it really slows you down, b/c it's too slippery. I remember the jungle room floor use to be so soaked with water ... |

D00d,the step you and Emery use is not the same as what the water spillers do. One of them isn't more "proper" than the other, they're just different. Also, when the floor is clean then people can dance, but when people spill beer and and it's all sticky then it's damn near impossible to move.
Maybe you guys can do what you call kick step on a sticky floor, but there's no way anyone can shuffle on that. |

yeah you can ... i use to do all the time. just have to be smooth at it. Shuffling is just a double step of kick stepping w/ repeating of body movement of your last move, you need to switch it up or you look like your doing the advance running man.
You gotta do things smoothly and lightly ... i've seen ppl kick step and make the whole floor bounce. It's annoying when your dancing next to them and your off timing b/c of the floor bouncing.
to test your kick stepp if it's proper ... do it on a carpeted floor. |
