if thats the case then its sad. if being nice is seen as a weakness then there is something very wrong with the society we live in. |
Exactly my point |

when you guys say "staying friends with an ex", you mean like going out and stuff, or just salute each other if you meet?
well I only had 2 serious ex gfs, and we are ok now, but first thing that pops up in my mind when we meet, is their naked image :wtf:. |

adventurous and fun and a bit of a rebel does NOT mean .
there are plenty of spontaneous, fun, and a little bit bad guys out there that don't threat others like dirty and have a mean spirit. i can think of two at least that i know off the top of my head that are on TOTA. they get in trouble but it's not mean spirited.
s = mean spirited. |
well said :D |

heres my two cents on the matter....whether or not there worth anything is up to you...
the whole "nice" guys finish last saying is a crock of ....nice guys just don't exactly know how to start the race properly. i've found that at the end of the day all/most women want to come home to a genuine guy that will treat them well and with respect, but....they also need someone who has a little edge, not afraid to let loose and a guy who knows he's the man in the relationship. Confidence, not cockiness, is a big must when first meeting someone, and women can see it coming a mile away, you can't show your whole "nice guy side" right away, but rather let it just shine through a bit. i've also found that you don't nesesarily have to go out and by a harley, but you should have an edge to you that suits your personnality, theres nothing worse than acting like Mr.T and then once you get her you turn into barney.....you'll look like a fake and probably lose her in the end. Staying friends afterward is always a judgement call between the two people....theres no wrong or right ansewer to that question...every situation is different.
Like i said, whether this makes sense or not is up to you, it's just what i've seemed to have learned in past relationships, because really....does anyone know what the hell goes on in girls heads:nervous: |

Listen, i talk to my ex's, and its a good thing.
We care about each other, but just cant date.
It really does depend on the ex....
I'd avoid this one at all costs Kel,
cause he's obviously not doing either of you any good.... |
I wasn't meaning it that way...I am definately not referring to all guys. I was more commenting on why guys think it's such a great thing to be with a virgin or any girl for that matter and then boast about how you are going to "nail her" stuff like that.
Do guys think this makes them look good?? That was more what I was referring to
I know that there are good guys out there, they are just rare :p |
