can u blame them???? look at them in the present ,,,, the only time the neutral fan takes an interest in liverpool is at the end of each season when everyone wonders where steven gerrard is going to go...
even the queen forgot about them and remembered the english cricket team when handing out the medals:haha:

Chelsea v Barcelona
Chelsea welcome back John Terry, Frank Lampard and Petr Cech after they missed the FA Cup clash with Colchester.
Asier del Horno also returns but William Gallas (hamstring) and Claude Makelele (knee) are doubts. Michael Essien is suspended for both legs.
Barcelona may start with Mark van Bommel and Thiago Motta in midfield and leave Lionel Messi on the bench.
Edmilson and Deco are expected to complete the four-man midfield but winger Ludovic Giuly is injured.

Chelsea's Arjen Robben, Frank Lampard and John Terry are at risk of suspension from the second leg if they are booked.

Chelsea need to score one goal to record 200 in European competition.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho was assistant coach at Barcelona under Bobby Robson and Louis van Gaal, and was in that role when Barcelona played Chelsea in the 1999/2000 Champions League.
Barcelona won the Copa del Rey, Super Cup and European Cup Winners' Cup in the season that Mourinho was Robson's assistant.
When Mourinho was Van Gaal's assistant, Barcelona won the Primera División twice amongst other titles.
