reggie jackson, babe ruth, and roger maris weren't playing for the Yankees their entire career, yet their numbers are retired |
O'Neill played half his career on the Reds. He won a ring with them in 1990. But in any case, I dont see them retiring his number just because he was a nice guy. |

Ehh, I dont know what the Yank's prerogative is with retiring numbers, in that case, I could see them retiring #13 for A-Rod. |

| Why not retire Boone's number? And Cano while they're at it. |

| You know... I've never been at Yankee stadium for a game that Mariano saved. That sucks. I gotta go to a few more Yankee games next year. Especially a game that counts. That's got to be a cool experience. |

i wasn't suggesting they retire his number because he was a nice guy. lol.. might i suggest watching his yankeeography.. maybe that would give you some type of clue.

Uhhh... what? How is that a mistake? That's like calling the ball that Cammy and Beltran collided on an error. You can't call a ball like that. |

He could have looked for Sheff, if he saw him coming, he should have let it go, Sheff is a good enough fielder to get that.
On a recent note, you might see Moose come out of the game soon - very soon. |
