| Without Alex Rodriguez, the Yankees would not have even sniffed the play-offs. |

Yea well he bought him to win the WS, not for him to be 2-15 in the ALDS, granted hes walked 7 times, but he couldnt hit a tee-ball in this playoffs this year. |

ROLF... a-rod should've just struck out so that it would've been one out with one runner on, instead of the DP to wipe jeter off the bases. let someone else handle the bat in clutch situations |

Jeter leads off in the 7th... HR... A-Rod... out.
Jeter leads off in the 9th... Hit... A-Rod... ground into double play.
if I was A-Rod, instead of killing myself, I would have just bunted it... it would have been the most unexpected thing, and he might have reached, or atleast advanced the runner. |

| i'm going to second guess torre again for the second year in a row. he should have pulled mussina way earlier. he just didnt have it, and joe should have realized it. |

just like Chris Burke yesterday for the Astros, another rookie comes through with a huge effort, this time Ervin Santana with the emergency outing
Johnson did pretty well in sorta making up for his stinker on Friday. At least he did his part and kept the Angels from scoring more.
The White Sox must be loving their chances with the Angels starting rotation cooked |

I totally agree. He should have pulled him after Anderson's HR. |
