haha, so here's what i'm doing:

I'm driving from Ames, IA to Chicago, IL. i'm flying from O'Hare to Raleigh, NC [w/ a layover in cincinatti], and then my friend Kari is picking me up and we're driving to Atlanta.

on my way back, i'm flying from atlanta straight to o'hare and then driving back to iowa.

last year ing rocked because a group of 5 of us rented a minivan and made a road trip to san diego from iowa. we stoped in vegas for two days, hit up the grand canyon, white sands missile range, and soooo much else. it was sweet.

Does this seem wrong to any of you guys?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polar_high

Polar high = cold core high... not really what they are describing here. It kind of seems like they just put the definition of "polar" and "high" together and then related it to cold air.

i didn't read this whole thread because it's long, but i just wanna give a big "I HATE NEWS PEOPLE" in general...

seriously their personalities are so phoney...i'd like to punch every news person in the face!

and on top of that, if you meet them in real life they are usually so full of themselves because they consider themselves celebrities that its just ridiculous...

Theres a very popular weather guy in Cleveland on Fox, his name is Dick Goddard. When I worked at a local drug store in high school he came as a part of a calendar promotion he was doing. He was a wretch. He came in full set makeup and was a real grump and bossed my manager around the whole time. I looked up to him before that experience, but not after that. I cant stand watching his forecasts anymore.
UWM
What a Dick.
