Change the Laws, Ban the Guns, etc., etc., etc.
none of those things are going to make a difference. Gang members are not going to care or don't even think about the fact they may go to jail for 25 years....if they did then they wouldn't do this in the first place.
If you want to stop the gun violence...then you have to find a way to get the gangs out of toronto. Once you figure that out then you are on your way to solving the problem. |
