Man... I remember when we (myself/ Flip & The Mrs/Trancewhore & Lex & my boy Chris the one who let us have a party in his house)went to Ft. Myers with Edgar he drove while we were partying in the back of a Ford EXCURSION. We literally TRIPPED out :D . We went to some place I can't remember the name but he TORE IT UP!!!!! Koky & his bro went also in there car. Man did we have a BLAST!!!!

| really guys - chop my head off for not liking Edgar V's style -- yes I have seen him solo (not opening for pvd) and still wasnt into it. Im sure hes a great guy and all - more power to him, wish him all the best - I just dont get into his sets whatsoever. And as far as PvD playing any house -- I dont recall one house track... there were alot of those weird pvd electro-techy filler tracks, which make his sets so cool. Hes definitely been shying away from the trancier anthems recently thank god. I mean you cant go see PvD and expect a "trance set" like Ferry/Armin style... I dunno, Im glad I made the trip down and thought it was worth every penny ~~ seems like Im about the only one who liked it tho lol |

You're right. everyone has a different taste & ear for the music.

Well, whatever it was, it was utter , pure and simple. I've never seen so many of my FLTAs with :wtf: and :confused: looks in my entire time partying with them, and that's going on 3 years this October coming up, so that tells you something about the quality of the set; it was spoiled more rotten than Paris Hilton's twat after sex with that one dude, whatever the his name was. |

yall know my first time seeing paul ever was at the old space dec 27th 2002........ Never seen him before, never been to miami. I just got in my car and drove because a friend said it would be good. Had $200 to go there and back. Got there right as paul came on and man was it amaizing. The old space was purely a place to dance and rammed full of people.
The damnedest thing is, i drove there without any kind of directions and low and behold the construction signs said "Paul Van Dyk, Club Space tonight" I remember it well. Stopped and asked some random people and they told me how to get there. Its a shame to see pictures of such a memory torn down. |

I was at that 12/27/02 gig, too. 7/26/02 was my first time seeing him......that night is now more priceless to me than ever before.
I had made a thread about the old Club Space being torn down. I was crushed when I saw it. :sadgreen:
