I'll have to dig up some of the comments, but on a related note my friend Becka (who I got those pics from) said this about another Richie incident a few years ago.. hehe.. I can just picture it:
(she doesn't like Richie all that much though so take it in context)
"this is not the first time Richie has gotten himself into trouble at a club.....a several years ago he had a run-in with Adam X at this club here called Guernica during the Tronic Treatment party......Richie & his girlfriend (at the time) were drinking champagne and throwing the glasses on the floor causing them to shatter - and a piece of glass bounced up from the floor and cut Adam's face. When they wouldnt apologize for their ignorant behavior, there was a scuffle in the club.....I was there, but forget the outcome of the situation - I'm pretty sure Richie got thrown out of there too......"

| Would you please include tracklists? I sample a lot of these tracks but if I don't know who it's by then I can't buy the tune. |

| Im working from home today and caught a bpm tv feature on Canadian dj's that was actually pretty good.Preach,Misstress Barbara,Deko Z all interviewed among others.I also caught lopitrance on tv from the aria night in october.Check local listings for bpm presents, it will be playing all week. |

Wicked! I was there the night they interviewed Philippe before he played at Aria.. the camera crew stayed for awhile afterwards too. I don't have BPM but I hope to be able to see the segment. :) |

| there is also a 2 parter about Montreal's club scene as well as an in depth profile on Philippe coming within the next few weeks.I remember that night, its really funny how on television it looks more full then it really was.It was also pretty cool to hear Frontiere being played in the end credits. |

I loooove Frontiere!! :)
One of my fav. Preach tracks to date. curious to hear his next Intec release, which is his first track on his chart this month. I guess I will hear it when I see him and Marco at Surface next weekend.
The recent Preach & Marco G release on 23rd Century, Carl's other label, seems to be making quite a few playlists I have come across, from techno DJs I wouldn't have expected either! |
